DUNCAN, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says it is investigating the death of a Stephens County jail inmate.The OSBI said Raymond Smith, 31, died Saturday at a Hospital in Duncan where he was taken after his cellmates reported that Smith had become disoriented while in a jail cell.The OSBI said an ambulance was called when Smith's condition worsened and he was taken to Duncan Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced de...
