By Carmen FormanOklahoma's Republican and Libertarian parties will bar independent voters from casting ballots in their 2020 primary Elections. However, independent voters will be able to vote in Oklahoma Democratic Party primaries next year, State Election Board Secretary Paul Ziriax announced Monday. "This means, there is no change for unaffiliated voters in 2020," he said in a news release.Read more on NewsOK.com
