MAN SHOT BY KENTUCKY OFFICER AT APARTMENT COMPLEX IDENTIFIED

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Police say a man was fatally shot by an officer at a central Kentucky apartment complex. News outlets report the shooting happened early Thursday morning.
