Thiruvananthapuram: Director General of Prisons and Correctional Services Rishiraj Singh declared a reward worth Rs 2500 for the prison officers who seize mobile phones from Jail inmates. The new move is with the intention to put an end to the use of mobile phones among prisoners and encourage activities of the jail officers.
