GOVERNMENT HOLDS COBRA MEETING OVER CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK

Ministers have arrived for a meeting of its emergency committee COBRA in Whitehall to discuss the outbreak of the coronavirus. An update is expected after the meeting has concluded.
