Berlin (AP) — The German Government says it wasn't consulted by WASHINGTON before the United States announced the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Syria. Government spokeswoman Ulrike Demmer told reporters in Berlin on Friday that Berlin would have appreciated prior consultations.
