'EXTREMES MEASURES' NOT RULED OUT FOR PHANTOM-STUDENT SCHOOL

The Education Bureau will not rule out extreme measures - including taking over Hing Tak School - to ensure students can start classes smoothly in the new school year in September, Secretary for Education Kevin Yeung Yun-hung said yesterday.
