Kumily: The police have filed a case against a female dance teacher for beating up a 11-year-old girl after tying her up and stuffing cloth in her mouthfor allegedly stealing money. The dance teacher is absconding. The accused,identified as Shantha Menon, works at Amrita Nrutha Kalabhavan at 1st Mile in Kumily.
