New Delhi: The Kolkata High Court on Saturday has booked a case against Shashi Tharoor MP over his 'Hindu Pakistan' remark. The action comes on a petition filed by Adv Sumeet Chowdhury stating that Tharoors comment had hurt the religious sentiments and insulted the constitution.
