A Deletion from the S&P/TSX SmallCap and Renewable Energy & Clean Technology Indices

TORONTO, June 20, 2017 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Indices Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:

The shareholders of Lumenpulse Inc. (TSX:LMP) have agreed to the terms of a arrangement agreement with Power Energy Corporation, Mr. Francois-Xavier Souvay and several other existing shareholders whereby the shares of Lumenpulse will be acquired for consideration of $CDN21.25 cash per share. Lumenpulse will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap and the S&P/TSX Renewable Energy & Clean Technology Indices prior to the open of trading on Friday, June 23, 2017.
