REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) — The longtime Mayor of a popular Delaware beach town has been ousted after more than 25 years in office. Rehoboth Mayor Sam Cooper, who first took office in 1990, was defeated in municipal elections Saturday by Paul Kuhns, who currently serves as one of six city commissioners.
